I’ve been a coach since 2011. In that time, I’ve supported hundreds of coaches through their certification journey as a supervisor inside a coaching academy, witnessing their breakthroughs, their struggles, and their hopes for what comes next.

And here’s what I saw again and again:

Talented, brilliant, heart-centered people… struggling to bridge the gap between what they felt inside — their calling, their wisdom, their unique gifts — and how they actually showed up in the world.

They had so much to give.

But visibility felt awkward.
Marketing felt inauthentic.
Confidence came and went.

I saw that gap in myself too. I’d feel so lit up during meditation, astrology readings, or an embodiment retreat — but when I turned the camera on, it was like all that beauty evaporated. I’d stumble over my words, lose my spark, and wonder, “Why can’t I just share what I know is inside me?”

This podcast is part of my answer to that question.
